FINANCIAL ENGINE FOR RENTAL OPERATIONS

The financial truth of your rental operation.

Operent connects bookings, revenue, expenses, payouts, owners, properties, allocation centres, cash and accrual in one view — so you can understand what came in, what went out, what remained and who each amount belongs to.

For managers, operators and companies that need to see the real result of their rentals.

FINANCIAL COMPOSITION

Operent shows the real composition of the money.

It is not just recording revenue and expenses. It is understanding how each amount breaks down into gross revenue, costs, management fee, payout, pending items and result.

COMPANY01

Operation as a business

See the company's result, not just a list of properties and bookings.

ALLOCATION02

Amounts in the right place

Distribute revenue and expenses by property, project, owner, business unit or administrative structure.

REGIME03

Cash and accrual

Control financial flow without losing the correct reading of the period's result.

PAYOUT04

Traceable composition

Understand gross revenue, deductions, management fee, retentions, company value and owner net.

STOP OPERATING IN THE DARK

A full calendar does not mean profit.

A property can have bookings and activity, yet still generate less result than it seems. The problem starts when income, expenses and notes are scattered.

  • Fewer scattered controls Centralize information that currently lives in spreadsheets, messages and loose notes.
  • More clarity per property Understand how bookings, income and expenses affect each property's result.
  • A base ready to evolve Start simple now and prepare the operation for future improvements.

FROM BOOKING TO RESULT

Every property can look beautiful. The financial truth needs to be just as clear.

Beach house, mountain chalet, urban apartment or cabin. Guests see the experience. Operators need to see what sustains it: cost, margin, payouts, pending items and decisions.

Smarter rentals. Effortless control.

BEACH HOUSE

High-value nights still need a clear margin.

Strong income can hide fees, commissions, cleaning, maintenance and payouts. Operent organises the property-level reading so you see what actually remains.

Property-level result, not just occupancy

02

CHECK-IN ROUTINE

The experience happens in the room. Control happens behind it.

Bookings, payments, deposits, cleaning and small adjustments need to connect. Operent starts financial and prepares the base for operations to follow.

MOUNTAIN CHALET

Strong seasons need closing without improvisation.

When demand rises, spreadsheets often turn into memory. A view by property, period and financial centre helps compare performance without rebuilding the month.

CABIN AND SCALE

A portfolio grows better when every detail has an address.

Extras, projects, renovations and shared costs need to land in the right place. That is how the operation grows with signal, not noise.

Financial centres for controlled growth

FINANCIAL TRAIL

Every amount has an origin, context and destination.

From booking to result, Operent connects revenue, expenses, allocations, cash, accrual and payouts in a clear financial trail.

Less manual reconstruction. More clarity to decide.

01
Origin

Connect the origin

Bring booking, channel, property, owner and amounts into the same context.

02
Allocation

Put each amount in the right place

Distribute revenue and expenses by company, property, project, unit or owner.

03
Regime

Separate cash and accrual

See when money comes in or goes out and which period the result belongs to.

04
Destination

Explain the destination

Understand what stays with the company, what goes to the owner and what is still pending.

ALLOCATION CENTRES

Organise your operation as a business, not a list of properties.

An allocation centre is broader than a cost centre. It lets you distribute revenue, expenses, adjustments, payouts and results across the real dimensions of the operation.

Consolidated result

See administration, office, tools, team and internal costs without mixing everything with property results.

Property-level result

See revenue, expenses, pending items, margin and payouts for each property with clarity.

Separated investments

Separate renovations, maintenance and improvements to understand recurring cost versus investment.

Context for payouts

Track independent areas, portfolios, extra services and owners with clearer financial context.

From the main office to each property, from renovations to owners, every amount gets a financial address to explain where it came in, went out and generated results.

WHERE OPERENT FITS

Whether you use spreadsheets, a PMS or notes today, your finances need their own base.

Operent starts by manually organising bookings, income and expenses to turn scattered data into a clear view of each property’s result.

YOUR CURRENT ROUTINE

Scattered data

Bookings, income, expenses and notes may be spread across spreadsheets, systems, messages or notes.

OPERENT

Financial base per property

A simple structure to record, organise and understand what each property really generates.

FINANCIAL INTELLIGENCE

See the real result before making decisions.

Operent turns cash, accrual, pending items, margins and payouts into one view so you can see where money came in, when the result actually happened and how much was really left.

01

Received is not the same as realised

Compare the money that came in with the economic result for the period.

02

Margin by operation

Understand what remains after costs, fees, expenses and payouts.

03

Visible pending items

See amounts to receive, pay, pass on or review before closing.

04

Decision with context

Use financial data to adjust pricing, cost, operations and priorities.

Less guesswork. More clarity about what really moves the result.

OWNER PAYOUTS

From gross to net, every payout explained.

Operent organises the composition between booking, commission, costs, management fee, retentions and net value. Owners understand the payout. The business understands the result.

Clear composition

See gross revenue, deductions, management fee and owner net value in the same statement.

Payout status

Track pending, partial, paid, retained or ready-to-pay amounts.

Origin and context

Each payout stays connected to the booking, property, owner, period and financial history.

FINANCIAL TRACEABILITY

More than a nice report: numbers with origin and history.

Operent connects bookings, income, expenses, adjustments and payouts to traceable financial events, so you can understand where each number came from and why it appears in the result.

A dashboard shows the number. Traceability explains the number.

01

Clear origin

See whether an amount came from a booking, income, expense, adjustment, deposit or payout.

02

Context preserved

Connect period, property, owner, allocation centre and financial event.

03

History to review

Gain more confidence to explain changes, corrections, retentions and pending items.

04

Decision with trail

Use reports and dashboards knowing the numbers have backing.

Frequently asked questions

Is early access free?

Yes. The first invited users will be able to use the initial version of Operent for free during the validation period.

Is early access a real product?

Yes. Early access will be released as a real and controlled version of Operent. At this stage, bookings, income and expenses are entered manually.

Does Operent already integrate with PMS tools?

Not yet. During early access, entries are manual. Integrations and automations may be prioritized based on feedback from early users.

Does Operent show cash and accrual views?

Yes. The Financial Panel lets you track the period through cash and accrual views, helping you understand receipts, payments, pending balances and results per property.

What are financial centres in Operent?

When I add a property, do I need to manually create a financial centre?

No. When you add a property, Operent automatically creates a financial centre for it.

Can I create projects and business units?

Yes. You can create projects linked to properties, such as renovations or maintenance, and also independent business units, such as laundry, airport pickup, marketing or extra services.

Will I get a special condition after early access?
